Ed Woodham


Ed Woodham, founder and director of Art in Odd Places, is a multi-disciplinary artist and art educator. A New York resident for two decades, he founded and directed 800 East (1990-98), an art space in his original hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. He is the creator and co-producer of The It Factor, a Bravo documentary series about struggling actors in New York and LA. He has appeared as a puppeteer in Basil Twist's Tell Tale and in the Obie Award winning Symphonie Fantastique. He has also created two works for Arts at St Ann's Puppet Lab and was the recipient of a Jim Henson grant in 2004. Recently Woodham co-produced two events, Sideshow Fashion and Howl On the Road for Lincoln Center's Out of Doors in 2007.
