Sound helps us visualize the volume of a space. Urban Oscillation is a live performance that features the distinctive sonic attributes of the Davie Street parking deck. Selected performers (and volunteers) will excite and magnify the cold, hollow concrete interior of the parking deck by honking their car horns as they slowly navigate the deck from top to bottom. Observers will experience the magnification of sound as it intensifies and eventually fades into the urban landscape.
